Booking and cancellation conditions

RESERVATIONS

There are three ways to make a reservation:

  1. Reservations section of the establishment’s website(benaki.es). From there you will be able to select the dates and number of occupants, choose the accommodation that best suits your tastes and needs and proceed to pay 30% of the total amount through the virtual POS.
  2. By emailing us at descubre@benaki.es.
  3. Calling to the telephone number 692 681 468.

In the last two cases, the reservation will be considered completed only when we send you the document with the conditions and 30% of the total amount is paid. Payment can be made by bank transfer to the account that we will indicate or through the virtual POS of the accommodation.

CANCELLATION

You may cancel your reservation at any time, being entitled to a refund of the amounts paid, provided that you inform us in a reliable manner more than 15 days prior to the date of entry. If the cancellation request is made between 7 and 15 days prior to arrival, the refund will be 50% of the reservation. If the request is made less than 7 days in advance, there will be no refund.

If the client does not arrive at the establishment before 8:00 p.m. on the day the stay is scheduled to begin, the reservation will be considered cancelled.

Refunds will be made, unless otherwise agreed between the establishment and the customer, through the means used by the customer to make the payment.

CHECK IN AND ACCESS

The client must inform the establishment of the name, surname and ID of all occupants over 16 years of age at least 24 hours prior to entry into the accommodations.

Once you have checked in, you will receive the access codes to the accommodation; these codes will be operative exclusively during the dates of your reservation.

USAGE RULES

Clients must behave in a civic manner and respect the general rules of coexistence. Any activity that disturbs the normal harmony of the village in which the accommodation is located, such as loud music, noise or parties, and that provokes well-founded complaints from neighbors, will be grounds for immediate eviction without the right to compensation or refund of any amount paid.

DAMAGE TO ACCOMMODATION AND PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Clients are obliged to take care of the accommodation, being responsible for any damage or loss that may occur, and the Benaki is not responsible for the personal belongings of the clients.

INPUTS AND OUTPUTS

The entrance to the accommodations will be from 15:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 11:00 on the day of departure.

TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT AND EVICTION

Failure by customers to comply with any of the prohibitions set forth in these regulations shall entitle the Company to terminate the contract. The owner of the establishment may request the assistance of law enforcement officers to evict users who do not comply with the internal rules and regulations or who attempt to access or remain in the establishment for purposes other than the normal use of the service.

PROHIBITIONS

It is expressly forbidden to customers:

  • Accommodate a greater number of persons than those corresponding to the maximum capacity set for the lodging. Although the maximum capacity will not be exceeded, if the number of occupants is higher than the number communicated when making the reservation, the client will have to pay a supplement of 5€/night for each one of them.
  • To use the accommodation for purposes other than those for which it has been contracted.
  • Carrying out any activity that violates the usual rules of coexistence or the normal operating regime.
  • Smoking inside the accommodations; in the case of outdoor areas, it is also prohibited when they are shared with other users, especially if they are minors.
  • Introducing animals except in accommodations where expressly permitted: 86, 90 and 92A. In any case, a supplement of 15€ per animal per stay will be charged. In outdoor areas, animals must remain on a leash.

CLEANING

The accommodations will be delivered clean and tidy. The customer undertakes to respect this status.
